PrimeCast ReportPilot Terms of Service

By installing or using ReportPilot, the merchant authorizes the app to access the Shopify data required to provide its reporting features, subject to the permissions granted during installation.

Service

ReportPilot provides dashboards, report exports, inventory and sales reporting, scheduled report delivery, and related history features. Features available to a merchant depend on the active Shopify pricing plan.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for selecting appropriate report recipients, reviewing report outputs before relying on them for business decisions, and maintaining appropriate access to their Shopify store.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Shopify. Plan changes, cancellations, and applicable charges are handled through Shopify's billing system.

Availability

The service may be updated, maintained, or temporarily interrupted. ReportPilot does not guarantee that every third-party service or Shopify API will be continuously available.

Privacy

Use of ReportPilot is also subject to the ReportPilot Privacy Policy.
