ReportPilot reads Shopify store data needed to generate merchant reports, including orders, products, inventory quantities, and configured report schedules.

ReportPilot stores app configuration, scheduled-report settings, delivery history, and the minimum Shopify session data required to operate the app.

Scheduled reports may be delivered to merchant-configured email recipients. Report files contain store reporting data selected by the merchant.

ReportPilot does not sell merchant or customer data. Shopify privacy webhooks are supported for required data requests and deletion workflows.

App data may be deleted when the merchant removes the app or submits an applicable deletion request, subject to legitimate legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
